Can you play it? A lot has happened to Destiny 2 launched in 2017. Three expansions have arrived, with a fourth coming this Fall. Bungie and Activision’s publishing partnership ended earlier than expected, leaving Bungie as the sole owner and publisher of the intergalactic shooter. And through it all, Destiny 2 has evolved to become a better version of itself. It hasn’t always been an easy road for Destiny 2, much like its predecessor, but today it stands as one of the best live service games around. Destiny 2 accommodates all types of players. You can solo through the missions for the story, grind for gear and complete challenging raids with friends, or dedicate your attention to always fun Crucible multiplayer mode. Bungie is always tinkering with the formula, and the result is one of the most polished and endlessly interesting games available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Monster video strain resource game pick of the day : Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has moments where it shines bright as the prettiest game on this list. If you overlook some wonky-looking AI characters, the inanimate framework of the game offers a level of detail that’s practically new to the industry, with every texture featuring some of the crispest art in the entire medium. Couple that with the game’s overwhelming amount of visual touches, such as atmospheric fog, volumetric smoke and even cloth physics, and Deus Ex: MD is as much of a looker as a modern AAA game can be. With that said, you’ll need some intense hardware to get Adam Jensen’s hair and coat flowing in the smoke-laden wind at ultra settings, should you want the full experience. Recommended specs: CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K, AMD FX 8350 Wraith – RAM: 16GB – Storage: 55GB – GPU: AMD Radeon RX 480, Nvidia GTX 970 – OS: 64-Bit Windows 10. See additional details at System requirements.

I like Star Wars games and usually this games are resource intensive. Sadly, it doesn’t look like we’ll ever get to play Star Wars 1313, the cancelled game about Boba Fett’s bounty hunting adventures in the less respectable areas of Coruscant. But we have Star Wars: Bounty Hunter at least, the story of his father/the guy he was cloned from and his own adventures during the Prequel era. It’s admittedly a little janky, and not terribly innovative, but there will always be something empowering about playing through a game as a Fett. The first in a trilogy of shoot-em-up platformers for the SNES, Super Star Wars was the strongest too. Rock hard by today’s standards, at this point in the 90s it was one of the most colorful ways to experience the Star Wars universe in an interactive way. Letting you at turns control Luke, Han and Chewie (as well as a few amazing vehicle missions), you’ll see everything from the streets of Mos Eisley to the inside of a Sandcrawler to a climactic run through the Death Star. Sure, it takes some liberties with the property (remember when Luke shot all the Jawas? Or when he was nearly killed by the giant green bunny rabbit thing?). But in the 16-bit era, this was as good as it got.
